FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of ONE AND NO/lOO ($1.00) DOLLAR
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,
JANET LAND CORPORATION, A Florida Corporation
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinel las, State of Florida, to-wit:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 29
South, Range 16 East; thence run S.00036150IlE., along the
West boundary of said Section 6 to a point on a line
323 feet South of and parallel to the North boundary
of said Section 6; thence run N.89059135I1E., along said
line, 1332.32 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence
continue N.8905913511E., 5.00 feet to the West right-of-
way 1 i ne of Belcher Road; thence run N. 0002411211 E.,
along said West right-of-way line 323.01 feet; thence run
N.00033145"W., along said West right-of-way line of
Belcher Road, 32.00 feet; thence run S.89026115"W., 5.00 feet;
thence run S.00033145"E., 31.96 feet; thence run
S.00024112"W., 323.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
JANET LAND CORPORATION is not obligated to obtain City water services by
virtue of granting this easement. There is reserved unto the Grantor, its
successors and assigns, the right and easement to use the above property for
the construction, installation and maintenance of any utility or roadway
to serve the Grantor1s property.
This easement being for water line installation and maintenance.
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines from time to time and
shall be obligated to repair or pay for repairs to Grantor's property caused
by the construction, installation or maintenance as described hereino
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents to be
duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal to
be hereunto affixed, this 15 day of July , A.D. 1983.
