FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
Villas of Lake Arbor, Incorporated a Florida Corporation
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
From the West i corner of Section 6, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, as
a point of reference; thence N 000 37' 22" W, along
the West line of said section, 2360.30 feet for a
point of beginning; thence continue N 000 37' 22" W,
10.00 feet; thence N 890 57' 50" E, 1338.49 feet to
the Westerly right-of-way line of Belcher Road;
thence S 000 10' 09" E, along said right-of-way
line 10.00 feet; thence S 890 57' 50" W, 1338.42
feet to the point of beginning.
