AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE
AND SALE OF EASEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this /L day of
~, 1980, by and between DONALD PETERSON and JACQUELINE
PETERSON, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Seller, and the CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as Purchaser;
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained and other valuable considerations passing between the parties
hereto, the Seller agrees to grant and the Purchaser agrees to buy the
following described easement, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida,
to wit:
The South 5.0 feet of Lot 146 of Wilcox Manor Subdivision
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 68, pages 61 and 62 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.
This easment shall be for gas line installation and maintenance and the City
of Clearwater shall have the right to enter upon said easement and to construct,
install and maintain thereon any gas lines and to inspect and alter such gas
lines from time to time.
The total purcm se price of said easement shall be the swn of Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00), payable in full upon closing, which shall be on
or before ninety (90) days from date hereof at the office of the City Attorney,
Clearwater City Hall, 112 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to grant said
Easement to said Purchaser upon payment of said swn.
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend to
the personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties hereto.
