hand paid to them , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, HAROLD F. HEYE, a single person, and
ALICE H. RHOADES and JOHN H. RHOADES, her husband,
do_ hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

particularly described as follows, to wit:
Begin at the SE corner of Section 3, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
thence along the East line of said Section 3, N 00008' 17" W, 858. 00 feet
to the centerline of Sandy Lane; thence along the c,enterline of Sandy Lane
N 89036' 07" W, 1332. 75 feet to the centerline of Betty Lane for a P. O. B. ;
thence from said P. O. B. N 00007' 03" W, 50. 0 feet; thence S 89036' 07" E,
30.0 feet; thence S 00007'0311 E, 50.0 feet to the centerline of Sandy Lane;
