This is a temporary easement for drainage and utility installation to be performed by and at
the expense of Grantee, and all rights granted herein shall expire and terminate upon
completion of the installation or ninety days following the date hereof, whichever shall
occur sooner.
GRANTORS acknowledge that the future maintenance of all utility improvements
to be constructed by Grantee pursuant to this easement grant shall be the sole
responsibility of Grantors, their heirs, successors and/or assigns. The CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA shall have no responsibility and incur no liability of
any kind for the utility installation beyond the termination date hereof.
