easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:
'A Sanitary Sewer Easement over the following described property:
A triangularportio? of Lot 25, Jade Heights Subdivis ion, as recorded
in Plat ;Book 30, Page 90, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida; said Subdivision being located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, and being more particularly described
as follows: '

This easement being fo.r sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above d~scribed premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer line from time
to time.
