THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this ~d~day of January,
1975, between THE SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, its successors
and assigns, hereinafter referred to as the Grantor, and THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as the
Grantee.
WIT N E SSE T H:
That for and in consideration of the premises, and the sum of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the Grantor herein
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement for public right-of-way purposes the following

condition that it may be used by the Grantee or its successors for the
purposes expressed herein, however, the Grantee or its successors shall
be responsible to maintain the Easement free of interference with the
contiguous property of the Grantor or its successors and does hereby
agree to repair or replace any grass, shrubbery, fence, ground or other
structure which is damaged or removed by the Grantee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set their hands and
seals the day and year first hereinabove setforth.
