E A S E MEN T
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand
paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to
be deri ved therefrom, EASTERN PROJECT DEVELOPER, I NC., a.. Flori da corpora ti on,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, the following described easements:
1. A ten foot (101) sewer easement through Turnkey Project.
2. An ingress and egress easement for refuse and garbage
collections and City of Clearwater service and utility
vehicles over the regularly constituted roads and path-
ways designated for such purposes;
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinel las, State of Florida, to wit:
Being in the W One-Half (1/2) of the SE One-Fourth (1/4)
of Section 3, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Clearwater,
Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described
as follows:
Commence at the SE corner of said Section 3,thenceN 00008118"
W, along the E line of said Section 3, for 858.00 feet; thence
N 89036'07" W, for 1362.75 feet; thence N 89038153" W, for
603.06 feet; thence N 00011144" W for 1061. 26 feet; thence
N 89012139" W, for the 99.00 feet to the centerline of a
10.00 foot sewer easement and point of beginning (P.O.B.).
Thence along the centerline of said sewer easement the following
nine (9) calls; N 01041125" E, 75.14 feet; N 00004110" W, 92.76
feet; N 8t>'50139" E, 35.61 feet; N 00046101" E, 106.53 feet;
N 080'11141" E, 73.40 feet; N 71037102" E, 117.40 feet; N 690
36133" E, 168.56 feet; N 70016135" E, 116.13 feet; N 84059'
29" E, 77.69 feet to a point on the W right-of-way line of
Betty Lane and the point of termination (P.O.T.).
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any water mains and to inspect and alter such water mains from time to time.
