_ EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1,00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, Sunset Point Baptist
Church, a non-profit Florida Corporation does hereby grant and
convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under
and across the following described land, lying and being situate in
the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A 15 foot drainage easement over that portion of Lot 9, E, A,
Marshall's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 44, of
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being described as
follows:

From a point 30,00 feet West of the Northeast corner of
said Lot 9, thence S 000 16' 06" E, 236,41 feet for a
point of beginning; thence S 520 29' 00" W" 70.00 feet;
thence S 370 31' 00" E., 15,00 feet; thence N 52029' 00" E"
58,59 feet; thence N 000 16' 06" W" 18,84 feet to the point
of beginning,

This easement being for drainage installation and maintenance,
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon tne above-described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any drainage lines and seawall and to inspect and
.alter such drainage lines and seawall from time to time.
