FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be de rived the refrom,
Harbour Towne Condominium Association, Inc.
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORlDA,
an easernent over, under and across the following described land, lying and
b~i~,g :,itu2.te in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A ten (10') foot water main easement lying five (5') feet on
each side of existing water mains up to and including all hydrants
and meters, except where such mains and related water facilities,
or easement, may lie under structures.
The above described easement lying within the following described
tract:
Harbour Towne Condominium as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32,
Pages 112 through 125 of the Public Records of Pi~ellas County,
Florida and Harbour Towne Two Condominium as recorded in Condo-
minium Plat Book 53, Page 37 through 42 of said Public Records.
