EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE made this 7th day of March, A. D. 1939,
by and between F~. LEE and PEARL S. LEE, his wit'e, parties of
the first part, and CITY OF CmARWATER, a municipal corporation,
party of the second part, witnesseth,
That the said parties of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable
considerations to them paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, have given and granted and by these presents do give
and grant and convey to the said party of the second part, a
right-of-way over the following described property, to-wit:
The North Fifteen (15 f) feet of
Lot Twenty-two (22) in.Block "G"
of SECOND ADDITION TO SUNSET POINT,
according to map or plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, page 14,
of the Public Records of Pine lIas
County, Florida,
with the right of ingress, egress, and regress over said property,
to the said party of the second part, its agents, servants, employees,
successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said parties of the first part have set
their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

to me to be the wife of the said F~. Lee, on a separate and
private examination, taken and made in the above named State and
County by and before me, separately and apart from her said
husband, did this day acknowledge before me, an officer authorized
to take acknowledgements of deeds" that she executed the foregoing
easement freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, con-
straint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
