EASEMENT
IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM of Twenty-five ($25.00)
Dollars, receipt whereof is her'eby acknowledged, I. the undersigned
grant to the City of Clearwater,
, do hereby
corporation under the
JOHN SNYDER, joined by his wife
laws of the State of Florida, its successors and assigns, the right
to lay, maintain, operate, repair and remove a sewer pipe line through
and over the following described real estate, to-wit:
A strip of land ten feet in width, the
center line of said strip being described
as follows: Beginning at the Northeast
(ME) corner of Block "DII, NAVAJO PARK
SUBDIVISION as recorded in Plat Book 7,
page 63, of the publiC records of Pinellas
County, Florida, thence to the left 740 18'
from the East property line of Block liD"
188.5 feet to point of beginning; thence
continue along the projection of said line
10.4 feet, thence to the right 740 42'
278.9 feet, thence to the left 690 16'
108.8 feet to the West right-of-way line
of the A. C. L. Railroad.
This easement shall continue as long as said sewer pipe
line shall remain in the location above described; if and when the
said sewer pipe line is removed from said property by the City of
Clearwater or under its authority, then and thereupon this easement
shall terminate.
