This indenture, made this fJt1J-ctay of December, 1953, by and
between HOWARD M. IVillLCOL~l and GENE B. 1'1~LCOLM, his wife, of the
County of Pinellas, in the State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and the CITY OF CLEAHV1ATER, a municipal corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the second part.

One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid
to the parties of the first part by the party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said parties of the first
part hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the party of the
second part, a right-of-way and easement for the purpose of laying,
maintaining, operating, repairing and removing drainage, water,
sewer and other pipes through the following described real estate,
to-wit:
The East 2~ feet of Tract B'T Replat of
lot 3, Block A, FLORIDENA SuBDIVISION,
according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in plat book 26, page 13'of the
Public Records of PineT1:as County, Florida.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to and over
said above described premises at any and all times, for the pur-
poses of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removing
the above mentioned drainage, water, sewer and other pipes, and
for doing anything necessary or useful for the enjoyment of the
easement herein granted.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have here-
unto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
