THIS INDENTURE" made this 28th day of June, 1955" by and
between BETTY LANE HEIGHTS, INC." a Florida corporation; and
HOME BUILDERSi, INC. ;"& Florida corp~!,ation, parties of the first
part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER" a-IDunicipal corporation
existing unde~ the law!t of the State of Florida" party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations in hand
paid to the parties of the first part by the party of the second
part, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged" said parties of
the first part hereby grant" bargain, sell and convey to the
party of the second part, a right of way and easement for the

verhead lines, and other means of supplying utilities through

above described premises at any and all times for the purposes
of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removing the
