ing under the Laws of the State of Florida, party of the second
part,
WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid
to the parties of the first part by the party of the second part,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, said parties of the
first part hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the party
of the second part a right of way and easement for the purposes
of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removing drainag ,
water, sewer and other pipes; power, telephone and other overhead
lines, and other means of supplying utilities through and over
the following described real estate, to-wit:
The West five feet (51) of' Lot Eleven (11) and the
East five feet (51) of Lot Twelve (12), Block "B";
the East five f'eet (51) of Lot Seven (7) and the
West five feet (51) of Lot Eight (8), Block tlCtI;
the West ten feet (101) of Lot Two (2), Block tlD";
the West five feet (51) of Lot Seventeen (17) and
the East five feet (51) of Lot Eighteen (18), Block
"E", all in the Second Addition to Betty Lane
Heights Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 36,
Page 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida;
together with the right of ingress and egress to and over said
above described premises at any and all times for the purposes
of laying, maintaining, operating, repair1ng and removing the
above mentioned drainage, water, sewer and other pipes, power,
telephone and other overhead lines, and other means of supplying

utilities, and for doing anything necessary or us-eful for the
enjoyment of the easement herein granted.
