SECOND ADDITION TO SUNSET POINT, according to
the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat
book 8, page 14, of the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to and over
said above described premises at any and all times, for the pl1r-
poses of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removinp-
