FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00)
cash in band paid to them, tbe receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and tbe benefits to be derived therefrom,

-do hereby grant and convey to tbe CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, an eas ement over, under and acros s the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
The South 25 feet of the following described tract:
The South 100 feet of the West 337.61 feet of the Northeast
1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 2, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East. Less the West 50 feet for Highland Avenue
The City will clear the bank of trees and shrub~ located on
the ea~ement area. The City will replace the trees with
approxlmately 24 new t'rees composed of 4 Oaks 10 S
5 Sweet Gum d 5 D d . , ycamores,
. ~ an ~~ Maples. The trees will be placed in
a llne runnlng East and West approximately 25 feet north of
the Center property line. .
This eas ement is granted for construction purposes for the
use by the City of Clearwater, Florida. This easement is temporary and
expires automatically after one year from date hereof or upon tbe comple-
tion of the proj ect, whichever is sooner, unless extended by written agree-
ment of the parties hereto.
