"WHEREAS, a private sanitary sewer line has been constructed and
exists under the common elements of WOODLAKE I, a Condominium, for which
condominium WOODLAKE ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corpora-
tion, is the "Association"; and
"WHEREAS, said private sewer system is connected to the public sewer
system operated and maintained by the City of Clearwater, a municipal corpora-
tion; and
"WHEREAS, the Directors of WOODLAKE ASSOCIA TION, INC. deem it
in the best interests of the Association and the Unit Owners represented by the
Association to grant an easement to the City of Clearwater whereby the City of
Clearwater shall have the right to and shall enter upon the easement area abut-
ting said sanitary sewer line to inspect, alter, maintain, reconstruct or rein-
stall such sanitary sewer line from time to time as may be necessary;
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that WOODLAKE ASSOCIATION,
INC. join in the Grant of Easement in favor of the City of Clearwater, Florida, in
the form attached hereto and by reference made a part of this Resolution; and
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Secretary of the Cor-
poration, GEORGE CLEMENT and MIKE McLEAD, be and they are hereby autho-
rized to execute said Grant of Easement and any ot her documents that may be
necessary to grant said easement to the City of Clearwater, pursuant to the condo-
minium documents of WOODLAKE I, a Condominium, and further pursuant to the
statutory authority as set forth in Chapter 718, Florida Statutes. "
