AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE
AND SALE OF EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this

#~bH.5/ ' 1980, by and between TANGEN DRIVES, INC. a Florida
corporation" hereinafter referred to as Seller, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as Purchaser;
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the mutualpromises and covenents herein
contained and other valuable considerations passing between the partie s
hereto, the Seller agrees to grant and the Purchaser agrees to buy the
following described easement, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida,
to wit:
The West 15.00 feet of Lot 7, less the East 300
feet thereof, Clearwater Industrial Park, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44,
page 46 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
This easement shall be for. sanitary sewer installation and maintenance and
the City of Clearwater shall have the right to enter upon said easement and
to construct, install and maintain thereon any sanitary sewer lines and to
inspect and alter such sanitary sewer lines from time to time.
Thetohl purchase price of said easement shall be the swn of Nine
Hundred Ninety Dollars ($990.00), payable in full upon closing. which shall
be on or before ninety (90) days from date hereof at the office of the City
Attorney, Clearwater City Hall, 112 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
IN CONSIDERATION WHERE OF, Seller agree s to grant said Ea sement
to said Purchaser upon payment of said sum.
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend to the
personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
