in Plat Book 44, Page 46, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
City of Clearwater sanitary sewer front foot uniform
assessment for installation and connection charges of
the sanitary sewer in this easement will be waived
for the west 220 feet of Lot 1 of the above Clearwater
Industrial Park.
One six-inch sanitary lateral will be provided and
connected to the existing sanitary sewer system of
the buildini situate on Lot 1, Clearwater Industrial
Park from the sanitary main along Hercules Avenue.
Existing landscaping materials will be replaced during
the installation or maintenance of the sanitary sewer
main.
City of Clearwater shall adjust the height of any
manhole located within the easement to be flush with
any paving surface installed by the Grantor, its
successors or assigns, during the term of this ease-
ment.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, subject to the foregoing,
shall have the right and responsibility to enter upon the
above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such
sanitary sewer line from time to time,
