EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, FRED GREEN and RICHARD W. COPE,
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
a municipal corporation, the following described easements:
1. A ten foot (10') water main easement lying five feet
(5') each side of all water lines up to and including
all hydrants and meters lying within the tract
described below; and
2. An ingress and egress easement for refuse and
garbage collections and City of Clearwater service
and utility vehicles over and upon the paved surfaces
within the tract described below;
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
That portion of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 1,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County,
Florida, described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of said Section 1; thence N 00005'22" W, 50.00 feet; thence
S 89006'27" E, 1019.30 feet; thence N 00017'55" W, 200.00
feet to the P. O. B.; thence N 00017'55" W, 400.00 feet to
the South line of Lots 101 - 109 of the Re-Plat of Willow
Ridge Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 71, pages 98
thru 101 of the Public Records 0 f Pinellas County, Florida;
thence S ~9006'27" E, 280.00 feet; thence S 00017'55" E,
along the West right-of-way line of Hercules Avenue, 400
feet; thence N 89006'27" W, 280.00 feet to the P. O. B.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any water mains and to inspect and alter such water mains from
time to time.
