does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to-wit:
A ten foot (10') water main easement lying five feet (5') on each side of
existing water mains up to and including all hydrants and meters, except
where such mains and related water facilities, or easement, may lie under
structures. ~ '
The above-described easement lying within the following described tract:
That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 1, Township
29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of said Section 1; thence North 00 OS' 22" West
50.00 feet;. thence South 890 06' 27" East 699.30 feet to the
"True Point of Beginning"; thence North 00 17' 55" West 600.00 feet;
thence South 890 06' 27" East 320.00 feet; thence South 00 17' 55"
East 600.00 feet; thence North 890 06' 27" West 320.00 feet to the
"True Point of Beginning" containing 4.40 acres more or less.
