easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:
A Ten (10') foot water main easement lying 5' each side of all water mains up
to and including all hydrants and meters, but excluding any water mains that
may lie under buildings or within five (5) feet of buildings, AND an ingress
and egress easement for refuse and garbage collections and City of Clearwater
service and utility vehicles, all lying within the following described tract:

South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, as a Point of
Reference; thence N 890 21' 54" W, along the South boundary
of said Section, 50.01 feet, to a Point in the Westerly
Right-of-Way line of Hercules Avenue, (A 100' right-of-way)
the Point of Beginning; thence S 890 42' 12" W, 212.94 feet,
Thence N 00 17' 47" W, 253.22 feet; thence N 890 21' 44" vJ,
21.82 feet; thence N 00 17' 47" W, 261.75 feet; thence S 890
21' 44" E, 234.78 feet; to an intersection with the Westerly
right-of-way line of said Hercules Avenue; thence S 00 17'
47" E, along said line 511.50 feet, to the abovementioned
Point of Beginning.
