Lot 7, CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK, and the North 20 feet of the West
150.0 feet of the East 300.00 feet of Lot 7, CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL

44, Page 46 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This easement is for sanitary sewer purposes.
