This Easement being for drainage and utility installation and main-
tenance.
The CITY OF -CLEARWATER ,P'LOJt!DA, shall have the riCJht to
enter upon the above-described premises and to construct, install
and maintain thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and
alter such sanitary sewer line from time to time.
