FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
Christ the Lord Evangelical Luthern Church, a Florida non-profit
corporation,
do es hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The North 10 feet, the East 10 feet and the South 10 feet
of a parcel of la.nd>>lying.ia,.the-.NElI4-o-i.Section 1, Township
29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being
more particularly described as follows: Commence at the
NWcorner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/ 4.of said Section 1 and
run S 0.17'55" E along the centerline of Hercules Avenue
(100.0' R/W) a distance of 662.60 feet to a point; thence
run S 89 ",48'11" E, a distance of 50.0 feet to the p. O. B.,
said poi~t al,so being on the East right-of-way line of said
Hercules Avenue; thence continue along the previous course,
a distance of 359.49 feet to a point; thence run S OG17155" E
a distance of 364.25 feet to a point; thence run N 89G34'13" W
a distance of 359.50 feet to a point intersecting the afore-
mentioned right-of-way line; thence run N OG17'5511 Walong
said line, a distance of 362. 79 feet to the P. O. B.

This easement being for utilities and drainage installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility and drainage lines and to inspect and alter
such utility and drainage lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these
presents to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized
