WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid to the part ies
of the first part by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, said parties of the first part hereby grant , bar-
gain , sell , and convey to the party of the second part, a right-of-way
and easement for the purpose of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing
and removing any and all means of supplying utilities through and over
the following described real estate, to-wit:

Together with the right of ingress and egress to and over said
above described premises at any and all times, for the purposes of laying,
maintaining, operating, repairing and removing the above mentioned means
of supplying utilities, and for doing anything necessary or useful for
the enjoyment of the easement herein granted.
