for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable considerations, paid the first party by the
second party, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said
party of the second party, an easement for the purpose
of laying water pipe lines along the entire length of
the 10' strip, not less than three (3) feet below the
surface thereof.
