EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in hand
paid to them ,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledg~d, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom,
JAMES D. MERCER, JR. and CLARA M. MERCER, his wife,
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following describe d land, lying and being
situate in t he County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A Permanent Utility Easement over the West 7-1/2 feet of
Lot 3 'in the SW -1/ 4 of Section I, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, of Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book I,
page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
and a 5 foot temporary construction easement over the East
5 feet of the West 12-1/2 feet of said Lot 3.
AND
A Permanent Utility Easement over the East 15.00 feet of
Lot 13 in the SW -1/ 4 of Section 1, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, of Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book I,
page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
and a 5 foot temporary construction easement over the West

Said Temporary Easements. shall expire automatically after one (I)
year from date hereof or upon the completion of the project, whichever
is sooner.
This easement being for utilities installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have th~ right to enter upon

utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines from time to time.
