, 1968, by and between CAMPBE LL PAVING
COMPANY. a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Owner ",
and the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "City";
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter
described for sanitary sewer easement purposes, and said Owner is willing
to grant such easement to the City under certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other
good and valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Owner agrees to grant unto the City of Clearwater,
Florida, a municipal corporation, an easement, as hereinafter set out,
over the following described property:
A Permanent sanitary easement over the North 10
feet of the South 495 feet of the SW-l/4 of SE-l/4 of
Section I, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, less
the East 33 feet for street,
at and for the sum of $2,516. 00, and the Owner hereby agrees that said
consideration shall be inclusive of all costs.
2. The City further a~rees that it will grant permission to Owner
to connect to the sewer at the manhole when the Owner annexes that portion
of its property to be on sanitary sewer into the corporate limits of the City
of Clearwater.
3. This eontract shall be binding on the heirs, successors and
as signs of the parties hereto.
