AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT. made and entered into this

, 1968, by and between R. H. JAMES, INC., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", and the CITY OF
CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "City";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter
described for sanitary sewer easement purposes, and said Owner is willing
to grant such easement to the City under certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other
good and valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Owner agrees to grant unto the City of Clearwater,
Florida, a municipal corporation, easements, as hereinafter set out, over
the following described property:
A permanent sanitary easement over the South 10 feet
of Lots 15 and 16 in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 1,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, of Pinellas Groves,
as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Also a 10 foot
temporary construction easement over the North 10 feet
of the South 20 feet of aforesaid Lots 15 and 16.
The temporary easement granted herein shall expire
automatically after one year from date hereof or upon
completion of the project, whichever is sooner.
at and for the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars
($1, 320. 00).; and the Owner hereby agrees that said consideration shall be
inclusive of all costs.
2. The City agrees that in the event any drain tiles for the grove
are broken or removed during the installation of the sewer line, that the same
shall be restored.

3. This contract shall be binding on the heirs, successors and
assigns of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these
presents to be executed in their respective names, in duplicate, on the
date first above written.
