That the Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, that
certain real property in Pinellas County, Florida, more
