That the Grantor, for and In conSIderatIon of Ten D~+lars
($lO.OO) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold
to Grantee, its Successors and assigns forever, that certain real
property in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described
on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
(the "Property") for use as a public road right of way and for
public utility and drainage purposes, provided, however, any such
utilities or drainage facilities may only be underground
installations.

SUBJECT TO taxes and assessments for 1982 and subsequen~
years, and all easements, reservations and restrictions of
record.
By its acceptance and recording of this Deed, the Grantee,
its successors and assigns, hereby also agrees to accept the
Property for maintenance.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all singular the
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any way appertaining, and
all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of
the Grantor, in law or in equity, to the proper use, benefit and
behalf of the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this Deed in its
corporate name and affixed its corporate seal as of the day and
year first above written.
