CONSENT TO TERMINATION OF RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, the property known as NorthwOod Estates consisting of a
series of tracts is subject to a series of Restrictions recorded in O. R.
Book 4309, pages 66-72, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such Restrictions the City of Clearwater
must consent to the termination, variation or exception as it pertains to
any of the enumerated restrictions; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
at its public meeting held October 16. 1980. gave its consent to the termination
of Restriction No.5 as it applied to Tract D of Northwood Estates;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Clearwater, Florida, acting through
its City Commission at a public hearing held October 16, 1980. ..fter considering
both the arguments for and against termination of such Restriction, hereby
consents to the termination of Restriction No, 5 as applied to Tract D of
Northwood Estates, such Restrictions being as set forth in the Restrictions
applic..ble to Northwood Estate s ..s rec orded in 0, R. Book 4309. pa ge s 66 - n.
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
