of Donald C. McMullen, deceased, hereinafter called Executors, and
the J).J.fi" OF CLEARWATER, FLORlDA, a IllUnicipal corporation, of the
county ot'Pinella.s and state of Florida, hereinafter called the City.
WHEREAS, decedent, Donald C. McMullen, died on the 29th day
of September, 1947, possessed of certain real estate subject of this
deed, and the decedent did appoint the Executors in his Last Will
and Testament, and they, on the 3rd day of October, 1947, were ap-
pointed and did qualify as such Executors under the Will, and
WHEREAS said Executors did file a petition in the probate
Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, for authority to sell the
property herein conveyed, and the Court did on the 22nd day of Decem-
-
ber, 194'7, authorize the Executors to sell the property, and to exe-
cute a deed ot conveyance to the City in consideration of the payment
of $12~O.OO cash,
NdN, know ye that by virtue of the authority under the will
and the order entered by the Probate court, D. FREDERICK McMULLEN and
NEIL C. McMULLEN, as Executors of the Estate of Donald C. McMullen"
deceased, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation of the County of
Pinellas and State of Florida, and to its successors and assigns, for-
ever, in consideration of the sum of $1,250.00 to them in hand paid
by the said City at the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, all of the following land
situated and being in the County of Pinellas and state of Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
An undivided one-half interest in all that part
of Government Lot one (1), in Section 15, Township
29 South, Range 16 East, lying South of an Easterly
projection of the North line of Government Lot
Four (4), in section 16, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, which projection is extended to the deep water
channel in Tampa Bay; including full riparian rights.

Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title, interest and
estate, dower and right of dower, reversion, remainder and
easement thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining: TO HAVE
AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
