This cause coming on to be heard upon the petition or
D. Frederick McMullen and Neil C. MCMullen, as Executors under the
Last Will and Testament of Donald C. MCMullen, deoeased, for an
order authorizing them to sell to the City of Clearwater, a munici-
pal corporation, the one-half interest of the said estate in and

to certain lands in Pinellas County, Florida, and it appearing from
said petition that the said City of Clearwater has offered the sum
of $1250.00 for the one-half interest of said estate in the said
land, which is the full market value of said land, that the owner
of the other one-half interest desires to sell his interest, and
that it is to the advantage of this estate to make a sale of the
said land for the price mentioned, and the court being fully advised
in the premises, upon consideration thereof,
It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED, that D. Frederick
McMullen and Neil C. McMullen, as Executors of the Last Will and

authorized to sell to the City of Clearwater, a municipal corpora-
tion, the land situated and being in the County of Pinellas and
state of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
An undivided one-half interest in all that part of
Government Lot One (1), Section 15, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, lying South of an Easterly projection
of the North line of Government Lot Four (4), Section 16,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, which projection Is
extended to the deep water channel in Tampa Bay; includ-
ing full riparian rights,

for the sum of $1250.00 cash, and to execute a deed therefor con-
veying said land to the City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation.
