RELEASE OF DECLARATION OF UNITY OF TITLE
WHEREAS, on March 29, 1996 the City Manager of the CIlY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, did execute that certain DECLARATION OF UNIlY OF TITLE as recorded in O.
R. Book 9305, Pages 1967 - 1969 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS the aforesaid instrument was executed pursuant to the ordinances of
the CIlY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA pertaining to the issuance of building permits and
regulating land development activities, specifically as such may relate to development of
the following described parcels:
Lots 16 - 18 of REVISED MAP OF R, H. PADGETT'S ORIGINAL LOT
5, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 32, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.
Also
The West 33 feet of Lot 9, all of Lots 10 and 11, and the North 60
feet of Lots 12 and 13, Block 1, W. F. HUGHEY'S SUBDIVISION, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 70, of said Public Records.
Also
Lots 8 - 10, Block 1, MOASE 8r. HARRISON'S SUBDIVISION, as
recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 85, of the Public Records of
Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was
formerly a part; and,
WHEREAS, that the purposes for which said instrument was executed are
deemed to no longer be relevant; and,
WHEREAS, as provided therein, said DECLARATION OF UNIlY OF TITLE
shall constitute a covenant to run with the land until such time as same may be
released in writing under the order of the City Manager of the City of Clearwater;

NOW, THEREFORE, I , William B. Horne, II, Interim City Manager of the
City of Clearwater, Florida, do hereby order and release forever and without
exception the herein described real property from the conditions, limitations and
restrictions imposed thereon in the aforementioned DECLARATION OF UNTIY OF
TITLE, and do hereby declare said instrument hereafter null and void in all
respects.
