RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, Dynamic Investments, Inc., a Florida corporation,
Onnie White and Nova S. White, his wife, Sigurd Wexo and Irene B. Wexo,
his wife, and Mildred R. Irwin, a widow, are the OWners of the following
real property situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas and State of
Florida, to wit:
Lots 5 through 12, inclusive, Block 1 and Lots 7,
11, 12, East 20 feet of Lot 14, all of Lots 15, 16, 19
and 20, Block 2, Revised Plat of Brookwood Terrace,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 8, page 34 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida;
and
WHEREAS, said Owners desire to place certain restrictions upon
said property, which shall be covenants running with the land, for the pro-
tection of themselves, persons and corporations purchasing said property
from them or their heirs, executors, success ors, or assigns, and the City
of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that
in consideration of the foregoing premises and other good and valuable con-
sideration between the parties, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned, Dynamic Investments, Inc., a Florida corporation, Onnie
White and Nova S. White, his wife, Sigurd Wexo and Irene B. Wexo, his
wife, and Mildred R. Irwin, a widow, as owners of the above described real
property, do hereby adopt and promulgate the restrictive covenants hereinafter
set forth:
1. These restrictions and limitations are to be regarded as covenants
running with the land regardless of whether they are specifically mentioned
in any deeds or conveyances subsequently executed.
2. Any apartment project erected on said real property shall be
limited in height to two (2) stories.
3. These covenants and restrictions shall be binding on all parties
and all persons claiming under them, and no exception, variation or termination

of these restrictions shall be authorized or effective without the prior written
consent of the City of Clearwater.
