THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, Executed this /0/- day of June, 2001, by the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
a Florida Municipal Corporation
whose post office address is City Clerk's Office, P. O. Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida
34618-4748, first party, to
HIDDEN OAKS APARTMENTS, INC., a Florida corporation,
whose post office address is 7641 Cumberland Road, Largo, Florida 33777, second
party:
(Wherever used herein the tenns "first party" and "second party" shall include singular and plural, heinl, legal representatives, and assigns 01 individuals, and
successors and assigns 01 corpollltions, whatever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 in
hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the. said first party has in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of. the Southeast Quarter (SEY..) of
the Southwest Quarter (SW%) of Section Fifteen (15), Township
Twenty-nine (29) South, Range Fifteen (15) East, run thence East six
hundred eighty and two-tenths feet (680.2') along the 1/16 Section line
for POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South three hundred fifty-six and
five-tenths feet (356.5') along the center line of a tract of land ten feet
(10') in width; thence South 51012'00" West five hundred thirty-nine
and two-tenths feet (539.2'); thence South 21046'30" West, four
hundred ninety-three and seventy-nine hundredths feet (493.79');
thence South 17048'00" West, two hundred and ten feet (210.0') to end
of said ten foot (10') strip, said point being thirteen hundred thirty-four
and seven-tenths feet (1334.7') South of the Northwest corner of the
Southeast Quarter (SEY..) of the Southwest Quarter (SW'/..) of Section
Fifteen (15), Township Twenty-nine (29) South, Range Fifteen (15)
East, and at the Intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Jeffords
Street
Said parcel being that same and identical parcel as legally described
in Deed Book 834, Pages 49 through 51, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida as previously conveyed to the City of Clearwater,
Florida on July 31, 1939 by John S. Taylor, Jr., joined by his wife,
Marion Taylor, and Mary Hazel Taylor, a widow.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together will all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien,
equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, countersigned by its Mayor
Commissioner, attested by its City Clerk, and approved as to form by its Office of the City
Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, the day and year first above
written.
