GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, is made on f) ~ 30 , 2003, between FRANK L.
McKINLEY, a married man, JOEL KEHRER, a/k1a JOEL J. KEHRER, a married man,
and SALVAGE PROPERTIES, a Florida general partnership (collectively, "Grantor"),
and THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation ("Grantee"), whose post
office address is P.O. Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33758-4748.

Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration to Grantor in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to Grantee, and Grantee's
heirs, successors and assigns forever, the following described land, situated in Pinellas
County, Florida:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
This is not the homestead property of the Grantor
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with
every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, reversion, remainder and easement
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining (all of the foregoing together with the
Exhibit "A" land are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Property").
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
Grantor does covenant with Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of the
Property, that the Property is free of all encumbrances except as shown on Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof and that Grantor has good right and lawful
authorityto sell the Property.
Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to the Property and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
