QUITCLAIM DEED

IIGrantor, II and SHARON RUTENBERG ROSENBERG, ISADORA RUTENBERG, AS TRUSTEE FOR MARC
DAVID RUTEN6ERG, and ISADORA RUTENBERG, AS TRUSTEE FOR PAMELA JOY RUTENBERG, of
the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, herein the IIGrantees.1I
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
One and 00/100 ($ 1.00 ) Dollars, in hand paid by the Grantees,
the .receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and
quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and quitclaim unto the
Grantees and their heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the Grantor has in and to the following described parcel
of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit:
The North 100 feet of the following described tract: The South 160
feet of the North 225 feet of that portion of the Northeast 1/4 of
the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 29
South, Range15 East, lying West of a line parallel with and 650 feet
West of the East line of said 1/4 section.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in
law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the Grantees and
their heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed
in its name by its City Manager and City Clerk, countersigned by its Mayor-
Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness by its City Attorney, and
its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, the day and year first above written.
