ROBINSON, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Seller, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as Purchaser; WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained and other valuable considerations passing between the parties hereto, the Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy the following described real property situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, for right-of-way purposes, to wit: A parcel of land in Lot 13, Block 2, Moase & Harrison Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 85 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas was formerly a part, described as follows: Begin at NW corner of Lot 13, run South 32.2 feet along West right- of-way of Madison Avenue for a P. IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to convey said property to said Purchaser by good and sufficient Warranty Deed, with fee simple, marketable title, free and clear of all encwnbrances of record.
