AND SALE OF RIGHT-OF - WAY

ANN S. ROBINSON, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Seller, and the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as Purchaser;
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained and other valuable considerations passing between the parties
hereto, the Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy the
following described real property situate, lying and being in Pinellas
County, Florida, for right-of-way purposes, to wit:
A parcel of land in Lot 13, Block 2, Moase & Harrison
Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 85 of the Public Records
of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas was
formerly a part, described as follows: Begin at NW
corner of Lot 13, run South 32.2 feet along West right-
of-way of Madison Avenue for a P. O. B. ; thence run
South 15 feet along said right-of-way to North right-of-
way of Court Street; thence West 15 feet along North
right-of-way of Court Street; thence NE to P. O. B. ;
containing 112.5 square feet.

The total purchase price of said property shall be the sum. of Three
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00), payable in full upon closing, which shall
be on or before ninety (90) days from date hereof at the office of the City
Attorney, Clearwater City Hall, 112 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater,
Florida.
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to convey said
property to said Purchaser by good and sufficient Warranty Deed, with fee
simple, marketable title, free and clear of all encwnbrances of record.
Purchaser agrees to pay all cosing costs except the taxes for 1980
shall be prorated as of date of delivery of possession.

City agrees that Seller will be allowed driveway cut to Court
Street from their remaining property.
Both parties agree that neither have used the services of a real
estate broker in this transaction and no brokerage fee is due anyone.
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend to the
personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of the parties
hereto.
