THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 22nd day of
June , A.D. 19 81 by GULF COAST BANK OF
PINELLAS -
a corporation existing under the laws of Florida
and having its principal place of business at Madeira Beach, Florida
hereinafter called the grantor, to CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
whose post office address is PO Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33518
hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the swn
of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain. sell, alien, remis-e,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate
in Pinellas County, Florida, viz:
North 30 feet of Lots 23, 24 and 25, Revised Map of
R. H. Padgett's Subdivision, accbrdingto the map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 32 of the
'Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This Deed is given for right-of-way purpos es.
TOGETHER with a:l the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in' fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby cove nants with said grantee that it is
lawfully seized of said land'in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful
authority to sell and convey said land; that it ~el'eby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all enCUInbrances.
