part, and CLEARWATER HOUSING AUTHORITY, an authority created pursuant
to Section 421.04, Florida Statutes, whose mailing address is 401 S. Prospect
Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33516, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of No Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by
said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold, conveyed and confirmed unto the said party of the second part, and to its
successors and assigns forever, all the following piece, parcel, lot or tract of
land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida,

TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest of the grantor
in and to that certain perpetual and exclusive easement over,
through, across and under theW esterly fifteen (15) feet of Lots
11, 12, 13 and 14 in Block "0' of the Replat of Coachman Heights
as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 26, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, and extending northwardly through
the South 1/2 of vacated Haven Street as reserved in the warranty
deed from Dabros Properties, Inc. to Senior Citizens Services,
Inc., dated March 23, 1973, and recorded in the Public Records

RESERVING, however, into the Grantor any reversionary
rights the Grantor may have in all of Lots 11 and 12 and that
portion of Lots 13 through 18, inclusive, lying on the Northerly
side of Court Street in Block "C", Coachman Heights, including
the South 1/2 of vacated street on the Northerly side of Lot 11,
as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 26, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, as set forth in the deed from Dabros Properties,
Inc. to Senior Citizens Services, Inc., dated March 23, 1973,
and recorded in O. R. Book 4009, page 176, Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.

SUBJECT TO the further reservation that this property has
been purchased with funds provided by the United States of
Ame:rica through a Community Development Block Grant to the
City of Clearwater, Florida, and its utilization and disposition
are subj ect to the applicable rules and regulations ther eunder,
including, without limitation, Attachment N to Circular A-I02
of the Office of Management and Budget.
This property is further subj ect to an easement to Florida
Power Corporation set out in O. R. Book 741, page 647, and
O. R. Book 741, page 648, Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and further subject to right-of-way for Ewing Avenue.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining; and every right, title or
interest, legal or equitable, of the said party of the first part of, in and to the
same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
part, its succes sors and assigns, to its own proper use, benefit and behoof
forever.
