DEED OF CONVEYANCE THIS INDENTURE, made the 30th day of September , A.D. 1982, between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, party of the first part, and CLEARWATER HOUSING AUTHORITY, an authority created pursuant to Section 421.04, Florida Statutes, whose mailing address is 401 S. Prospect Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33516, party of the second part, WIT N E SSE T H That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns forever, all the following piece, parcel, lot or tract of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, and described as follows, to wit: Part of Lot 11 and all of Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, together with the North! of vacated Haven Street adjacent to Lot 15, in Block "A" of Replat of Coachman Heights, according to Plat Book 20, page 26, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as: A Part of Block "A", Replat of Coachman Heights, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 26, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; And a part of the north half of vacated Haven Street, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the northwest corner of Block "C", said Coachman Heights; Thence N. 0052'40"W. along the east right-of-way line of Prospect Avenue 20.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence continue N. 0052'40" W. along said east right-of-way line 230.00 feet; Thence S 89047'30" E. 217.40' to a point on the edge of the covered concrete sidewalk; Thence S 01002'14" E. 229.22 feet to the centerline of vacated Haven Street; Thence West along the centerline of said Haven Street 218.02 feet to the P.O.B. Containing 1.15 acres more or less. TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest of the grantor in and to that certain perpetual and exclusive easement over, through, across and under the Westerly fifteen (15) feet of Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14 in Block "c" of the Replat of Coachman Heights as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 26, of ,the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and extending northwardly through the South 1/2 of vacated Haven Street as reserved in the warranty deed from Dabros Properties, Inc. to Senior Citizens Services, Inc., dated March 23, 1973, and recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, in O.R. Book 4009, page 176. RESERVING, however, into the Grantor any reversionary rights the Gran~or may have in all of Lots 11 and 12 and that portion of Lots 13 through 18, inclusive, lying on the Northerly side of Court Street in Block "C", Coachman Heights, including the South 1/2 of vacated street on the Northerly side of Lot 11, as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 26, Public Records of Pinellas County,Florida, as set forth in the deed from Dabros Properties, Inc. to Senior Citizens Services, Inc., dated March 23, 1973, and recorded in O.R.
