FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as Seller,
and LEONARD HARWOOD, 1920 Sandra Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33516,
hereinafter referred to as Purcqaser;
WITNESS!ETH:
That in consideration of the payznents and covenants herein provided,

and other good and valuable con~iderations, Seller agrees to sell and Purchaser

agrees to buy the following desc~ibed real estate situate in Pinellas County,
Florida, to wit:
East 85 feet of Lots 9 land 10, Block 4, Magnolia
Heights, according to Ithe map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Bookl6, page 50 of the Publ~c
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The total purchase price for said property shall be the swn of
Five Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($5, 725.. 00) net, payable
at the tiznes and in the manner following:
(a) Two hundred eighty-six and 25/100 Dollars
($286.25) received as bid deposit, receipt of
which is hereby adcnowledged.
(b) Two hundred eighty- six and 25/100 Dollars
($286.25) due and payable after acceptance by
the City Conunis sion.
(c) Balance of Five thousand one hundred forty-two
and 50/100 Dollars due and payable at closing,
which closing shall be on or before November 8, 1982.
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to convey said
property to Purchaser by good and sufficient Fee Siznple Deed, with a
fee siznple, marketable title, fr~e and clear of all encwnbrances of record.

title insurance, survey, recording deed and the docUInentary stamps to be
placed thereon.
This Agreement shall be binding on the respective person
representatives, heirs, executors, adIninistrators, successors and
