as Agent, hereby assigns all of its right, title and interest to purchase
Lots 1, 2, 23 and 24, Block 29 and Lots 1, 2 and 23, Block
32, Magnolia Park, and that portion of the vacated street known
as Jasmine Way lying between Lots 23 and 24, Block 29, and
Lots 1 and 2, Block 32, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 3, page 43 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida,
to E. A. MARIANI ASPHALT CO.. INC., a Florida corporation, and
hereby requests the City of Clearwater, the Seller in this transaction,
