hereinafter referred to as. "Owner", and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, COUNTY OF
PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, hereinafter .l'€ferred to as ItPurchaser'~;

WHEREAS . the City ofdlearwater requires property hereinafter des-
scribed as right"'of~way: for construction and maintenance of an authorized
city, county or state street or highway and said purchaser is required to
furnish sam~ for such purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premise~ and other good arid
valuable consideration, it is agreed as follows~
(a) The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient war-
ranty deed, free of liens and encumbrances, except a s herein otherwise in-
dicated, unto the City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, the follow-
ing described land in Pinella s County, Florida, to-wit: A parcel of land
containing 672 square feet more or less; also a triangular parcel of land
containing 12.5 square feet" more or less, the legal description of said
parcels being more particularly described in Survey Certificate by Rompon
and Associates, dated November 18, 1960, attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference; and the Owner hereby further agrees to convey to the
Purchaser the right of way now occupied by Drew Street ano described in
that certain Survey Certificate hereinbefore referred to,
