WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter des-
scribed as right-of-way for construction and maintenance of an authorized
city, county or state street or highway and said purchaser is required to
furnish same for such purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premise~ and other good arid
valuable consideration, it is agreed as follows~
(a) The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient war-
ranty deed, free of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwise in-
'dicated, unto the City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, the follow-
ing described. land in Pinella s County, Florida, to-wit ~ A parcel ef la.nd,

particularly described in Survey Certificate by Rompen and Associates,
dated November 25, 1960, attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference, (Owner is in possession €If copy of Survey)

(b) Purchaser shall pay said sum in cash with ~n 60 days from date

the deed given in pursuance of this Agre~ment. State stamps $3.00,
