It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that should the above
described right of way for Jeffords Street between Missouri and
Lincoln Avenues not be paved within one year from-'the-dcrtehereof,
at no expense to the parties of the first part, then the title to said
property shall revert to the parties of the first part.
It is further understood and agreed by the parties hereto that should
the above des cribed property not be annexed into the City of Clearwater
within one year from the date hereof, that the title to said property
shall revert to the parties of the :first part.
